in 2023, Werckmeister was asked to provide solutions to the redesign of some of the small public squares within the nieghborhood. The initiative was greatly appreciated by nighbors and the city planners and in 2025 more murals were added in other parts of the neighborhood.

The murals were designed to conserve the memory of the origins of this isolated and orographically complex neighborhood. Montecaramelo was built by its own neighborhoods in the mid 20th century. This important history is conserved and celebrated in the murals.

All murals were painted on plytab in gthe studio and then installed, retouched and varnished on site.
