The Bilbao City Council proposes closing several streets to traffic. To do this, the road itself is painted.

Each street illustrates an aspect of nature related to water (whales), earth (leaves), and air (feathers), to create fun and enjoyable spaces for people rather than cars.

Special 2-component paint for pavements was used guaranteeing a high degree of adhesion and durability.
